sir, i had prechage a mobile phone of samsung galaxy e5. i got a offer from appsdaily insurance company. by the way my mobile demaged in an accident. i send my mobile phone to appsdaily company with required documents. my claim was confromed. but they said my mobile imei no is mismatched. mobile cap and mobile box imei no does not matching with motherboard sticker imei no.they reject my claim and send my mobile without repair.i concern with samsung regarding this issue but the do not give any solution.
