Dear sir,
I Purchase a mobile iphone12 in 03/03/ 2021 .I never got any issue in this mobile .Now jan 2023 My phone speaker not working properly .I gave it your apple ajmer service centre .They rejected my request and mention third party issue .Pleas open case .According to apple company commitment if iphone 12 is in manufacturing is 2021 and issue comes relates to speaker .then apple company will repair without any cost but apple service centre did not service my mobile without any cost .please sent my complaint senior director of apple company
