My mob number is 9304969986. Issues is I bought 1 tendum sound bar from vishal mega mart fresar road patna. Its it is not working properly since before diwali puja. When I reached to store they said you must b complain in customer care and then 1 engg will reached at your home. And I do the same. My concern no.4668.
Whenever i call customer care javed pick my call and said I am sending again mail to store. I have made 10 times to cc but still my issue not resolved. I got frusted. Either repaired my sound bar or I will throw in store bcz its useless for me.
