I purchased voltas AC from Tata cliq and it was installed on 05.05.2019 . Around 16 June I complained for not cooling and it was checked that condenser coil is faulty . after my vigorous efforts and persuasion voltas replaced the outdoor unit after 12-15 days .
Again after one month i.e, on 2nd august i reported complain for cooling and to that voltas is not ready to replace the unit again. They are saying to refill the gas. I asked for written assurance also that if within one year of filling of gas it leaks again then they will replace the unit . but Voltas is not ready to give me the assurance.
Voltas and Tata Cliq has cheated me and provided me the faulty AC.
