Under warranty( 2 yrs)exhaust fan LUMINOUS 200 MM Model VENTO MILKY WHITE ( purchased in Yr 2018) lodged complaint vide number 4008098699 on 05-08-19. Exhaust Fan in kitchen area, installed at 10 ft height , Service technician inspected & told because of water,pump is non-functional & to be replaced, on payable basis.
Obviously, the product is not connected to water,anyway.
It is poor workmanship & quality of product, for which LUMINOUS is not ready to accept not replace part, free of charge.
Higher official not ready to listen, causing so much of harassment.
