Hi, I have bought the AC from Hitachi on 6 April 2018. Since the time I have bought this AC, no one had turned up install it. I have been chasing up to Hitachi's employee from whom i had purchased but of no use. I also gave them my GST number while purchasing it but they did not consider it. Since this product was purchased, it had the tripping, cooling, noise and compressor issue. Regarding that i have been chasing up the Hitachi guy but he used to tell me that he would get it fixed by the company staff which never happen. In the month of May, i had raised the complaint but Hitachi's technician was so unskilled that he did not fix the issues rather did something else which led to choking problem (this is per Hitachi's team). Due to these various issues my electricity usage amount raised from 3500-4000 PM to 8000-9000. Since then i have been in the discussion to that Hitachi's employee for the replacement of this product, however, till now he was assuring me the resolution but now told me that he had left the job and cant do anything. In the month of September 12th, i raised the complaint on the social networking site, these people visited my place and tried to fix the issue, however, they cleaned the AC but were unable to do the wiring. They tried 5 times, then were able to do so. When i tried to change the speed of this AC, it got tripped and did not switch on. Now these people are saying that they will replace the motor as it was my fault. However, it was completely their team's fault that they did not know the wiring. I have the every evidence of my verbal and written communication with everyone. I tried to escalate it to their upper management but they all fraud. These people have been harassing me badly and my entire family have been facing this mental trauma. My father is hospitalised just because of these fake people Please help me out
