unresponsible of customer servise centre

I am very much disappointed for the servise of Faizabad servise centre..we many time calling them from last 5days but still no technician came to repair the washing machine.
I dnt no who is authorised person their and even today we called many times always they say our technician came but now they closed the centre and went back home.

I dnt no how this people running the servise centre and I'll make sure in future will never prefer any SAMSUNG product and never suggest to any one
