hi, I have a Samsung printer and while printing or Xerox any page if the base has self print or coloured paper or any design then printout is very dark. we cannot read it well. And the 2nd problem is that when we connect the cable in laptop sometimes it didn't attach with it.
pls do the needful ASAP.
