On 12th April 2015 at 6:39 pm booking was registered for consumer no. 32261, with reference no. 281212

On 13th April 2015 at 6:16 pm cash memo no 3000017689 was generated for booking no. 281212

On 13th April 2015 at 9:24 pm the cylinder is delivered against cash memo 3000017689

On 17th April an amount of rs 218.7 is debited in my account.


But still I have not received till 20th of April 2015 the cylinder and have not paid for it , Kindly supply the cylinder.
