sir..... apne mjhe msg kia k complaint 3 din k ander krni thi... mjhe order receive 1 may ko sam 5.30 bje tk hua h or maine apko complaint monday 2 bje tk email k through kr dia tha agr 72 hours k through b dekha jaye to b time over ni hua or vaise b sunday ko to count ni kia jana chahiye vo working days ni hota h... fir b maine 3 din k ander complaint kia...... mjhe jaise hi order receive hua h maine turant craftvilla complaint number par call ki thi lekin receive ni kia gya or mjhe ye bataya gya k ye helpline number mon- fri ko 11-7 bje tk available h.... fir jb maine monday ko fon kia to mjhe bataya gya k complaint apko email k through krni h jiske bare me mjhe pta ni tha.. maine turant uske bad email k through 2 bje tk complaint kia ..... or agr mera order return ni hua to mjhe majbooran consumer forum me apki complaint krni padegi.... apki website ne mjhe cheat kia h ...mjhe jo saree dikhayi gyi mjhe vo na milkar bht hi jada ghatiya mal dia gya h vo b itne bada amount pay krne k baad.... thank u....
