intenet connectivity problem

my laptop is not connecting to wifi from last one month.
it has been showing limited access.
i restarted all routers,modem and laptop so many times and reinstalled drivers also.. still issue is not fixed.
can you please respond to the above query as soon as poosible.

is there any service center for lenovo in guntur ?
