Regarding Non refund of money

I had registered to the company 24×7Fresh which serves of daily need such as milk,fruits,vegetables,newspapers etc.
I subscribed over there for daily milk subscription of amul 1litre for what i paid rs.1080 via Paytm.
The money was debited from my paytm account but i dint got any mail regarding my subscription
Paytm has given me the legal receipt for the payment to the 24×7Fresh company and its transaction number also
Please see to it and take serious action please let me knw
