Selling more than MRP Bisleri Jar to purchase new 20 lit Bisleri Water jar from Maharaja Trading

Today on 24th Mar 2016, at 3.30 pm, i had gone with my empty 20 lit Bisleri Jar to purchase new 20 lit Bisleri Water jar from Maharaja Trading, a kirana & general store located at Vrindavan-C, D P Road, Jijai road, opp shrushti apartment, guruganesh nagar, kothrud, pune -38. When i had asked the owner for the price of 20 lit Jar, he told Rs.90/- for the same. I saw the MRP on the cap & found it was Rs.80/-. I argued with him for charging more than MRP, but he didn't listened to me & asked me to take away my empty jar from his shop. He didn't sell me the Bisleri Jar which i was needed. As all other nereby shops were closed, he was taking disadvantage of my need. In this matter, i humbly request you, although i can afford extra Rs.10/-,it is injustice to me as well as other peoples & it is against the rule of selling more than MRP. Kindly take the appropriate action against the Shop owner, so that he will never dare to sell more than MRP & take undo advantage of needy Custmor. Looking forward for JUSTICE as i am getting mentally disturb for this incident.
