Regarding defective Laptop

I have purchased a new laptop from Reliance digital against order No. RDF07384445 which was placed on dated 24.10.2021 and same delivered against invoice no DG06V05410721801 on dated 27.10.2021.

when i checked the said laptop was defected and same was intimate to Reliance Digital, after the suggestion from reliance digital i visited lennovo company 's service centre and they issued me DOA (Dead on Arrival).

I make so many complaints through emails as well as telephonic calls but till today no action has been taken from Reliance Digital. I have already compliant to consumer forrum against COMPLAINT NO. 2539126.

But till today my matter is still pending.
