I have purchased 20 pieces SS set Item code 16569/- from Naptol and was charged Rs 2598/- inclusive of delivery charges.
Order No: 65156482
However the receipt was given only for 1999/- at the time of delivery.
I found the item of very poor quality and not as shown and requested for return and refund.
The item was picked up for return and a refund of only 1999/- and the balance amount of Rs 599/- the company told that the refund is against the company policy and also no receipt was given for this amount,
Despite my several mails the company has refused to refund this amount saying that it is against company's policy.
