I booked one standard triple room in this hotel on 13/01/2017 through booking.com for 2 days between 25/01/2017 to 27/01/2017, booking number of which is 2060267821 and Pin is 0429. When we reached there on 25th Jan. 2017, the manager of the hotel told us that the hotel is housefull and want to give us small two bed room which was constructed in side margin of the property for the same charge as we booked triple bed room. I was there with my family and my wife and son were scared seeing small, isolated room, so we refused and went to another hotel. Though I just gave my credit card no. to booking.com, today on 03/02/2017 my credit card was illigelly used by the hotel & Rs. 2500/- were charged. Thus they are doing malpractise, I want my money back as they didn't provide me the promised room and hence we didn't stay there.
