I BOOKED TICKET FROM AMBALA TO NEW DELHI VIDE TRANSACTION NO. 089358 AND 085608 ON 16-5-2015 FOR UNDERTAKING JOURNEY ON 22-5-2015. ALTHOUGH MONEY AMOUNTING TO Rs. 1154.94 was debited twice to my credit card but the ticket was not booked. I request you to look into the matter and refund the money immediately.
