Problem with newly purchased television

Hi Sir,
I have purchased Samsung LED TV 43RU7100 model TV from Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance Digital), Zonah Crescent Building, Banjara Hills on 10/10/2019 with invoice no. GSTN Number: 36AACR1718EIZQ for Rs.36,740. However, within two months there is an issue with the power board. I have raised a compliant to Samsung customer care on 18/12/2018 with a complaint number - 4296475013. Service Engineer visited my place and confirmed that there is a issue with power board which costs around 5,000/- and will replace the power board as product is under warranty. However, i have requested the company to provide entire tv replacement as it is just 2 months old.
I have purchased this TV on installments and i have not even paid my second EMI when this issue got raised. I have bought this product by seeing the brand quality and after spending nearly 40,000/- if Samsung Company is giving such a poor quality defective products, there is no point in advertising company as a branded product. For an ordinary common man, spending 40,000 for a TV is not a small deal. I don't want to compromise on the quality of product which i have got after spending such a huge amount. My compliant request also got closed by customer service team without providing resolution and updating the customer. I have not seen such a worst customer care service in any of the other brands.
I have approached dealer and Samsung team but all my efforts went into vain. I am requesting Samsung team to consider my issue and provide replacement of the TV instead of providing power board replacement. Otherwise i will proceed with issuing notices to Samsung Company, and Reliance Digital team through consumer forum and proceed accordingly.
Expecting a favorable reply from Samsung team with the kind of brand image which they have.
