Order not delivered as promised and delayed without proper intimation

Dear Team,

I had purchased Nothing Phone1 on the launch date of July 12, 2022. The delivery date was showing as July 13, 2022 and later on the same day, it got changed to July 13, 2022 by 11 am.

I called customer care of Flipkart on several occasions on both the days 13 & 14 July and was promised that the order will be delivered by EOD on both these days.

In addition to above, I had already pre-booked the Nothing phone1 by paying 2000 to Flipkart before the launch so that I can get the required specifications while ordering the phone. But while ordering the phone, there was no priority given nor any option to redeem the 2000 voucher in the invoice.

I feel cheated by Flipkart for not able to utilise the pre-booking coupon/ voucher and not getting the delivery as promised during final checkout and payment process.


Hoping to get my issue resolved and compensation for the mental torture and scare caused by Flipkart and Nothing brand.
