On cash memo under Consumer No 675448 with the name of Imtiyaz Ah Kantroo S/o Gh Mohi ud din KantrooR/o Tral fathers name is not correct as mentioned above and on gas documents issued by your agency and no subsidy has been added into my account under ac no SB 18202 J& K Bank Tral main.
