non supply of hindu paper regularly

Respected Sir,
I have been practicing as an advocate at kakinada since 30 years and also regular reader of hindu english news paper since 1980, purchasing the same by paying monthly subscription to the agent. While it is when yearly special subscription system for readers was introduced by the management, your market people approached me 1st.time on 09-06-2013 and requested me to utilize the said yearly plan by paying Rs.449/- only and collected the same on 09-06-2013 under order No. 777391 and promised that the paper supply will be commenced from 01-07-2013 to 30-06-2014. Though the supply of paper commenced from 01-07-2013 it was not regularly and properly supplied to me.Again on 15-06-2014 your market executive T. Kiran came to me and took the order Under No. VZ. 821962 dated 15-06-2014 and collected Rs.699/- on a condition and promise to supply the paper from 01-07-2014 to 30-06-2015 for a period of 12 months. But paper is not supplying regularly. Now your Kakinada Hindu paper agent Krishna Babu,Phone No.9246692545 sent his paper boy on 10-05-2015 and demanded to pay the April 2015 monthly subscription saying that the yearly plan was completed. Then I shown my booking order No. 777391 dated 09-06-2013 which was ended to 30-06-2014 and present booking order No. VZ.821962 dated 15-06-2014 which is in force till the end of june 2015 and asked him to supply the paper till that date. But unfortunately your Kakinada agent Krishna Babu stopped the supply of Hindu paper from 11-05-2015 very arbitrarily and caused very much inconvenience to me.Hence I request you kindly pay your attention on it and direct your agent to supply the paper till the completion of annual plan i.e. 30-06-2015.
