non supply of cylinder

I had booked for the supply of a refill gas cylinder with Sai Gas Agency on 30-03-2015 under booking No.51469. When the cylinder was not supplied till about 3 weeks back, I have been calling the agency on their Tel/No. 2533878 every 2 to 3 days interval requesting them to expedite the supply. Every time I was told the supply will be made within next 2 days, But I regret to inform you that no cylinder has been supplied to us to-date , causing us a lot of avoidable inconvenience . I request you to kindly instruct the Sai Gas Agency people to supply the gas cylinder at the earliest. And investigate the cause for the delay & the lapse on their part.I would appreciate if you inform me about the result of the investigation. Thanks.
