I am KK jain , President of GGWRA ( Gardenia GreenResident Welfare Association)who have severals monetary issues of residents which are to be taken up builder namely Gardenia I ndia Ltd, corporate office,GH-2, Sector-3, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad

The resident of gardenia have several monetary issues with builder which they are not responding.

    Refund of security of RS 8crores by S P gupta:

    We the residents of Olive couny sector 5 Vasundhara Ghaziabad up paid Rs 8 crores as Interest free maintenance security to the builder.This amount was to be credited in the account of RWA which was registered in 2013 as per the act of U P apartment.But till
    date the builder haven't deposited this amount.The builder is using this amount in other projects as per my knowledge.
