Non return of consignment

I ordered two consignments online from Brand Factory, which needs to be returned, for which request was placed on 25-Aug-20.
The consignments were-
1. Force NXT Denimyte Vest,Return Ref No 2219BD
2. Lee Cooper Originals Lightly Washed Jeans with Patch, Return Ref No 5CB031
BF arranged for reverse pic up but EAN code didn't match in their records, hence courier person returned back without taking the items. I called several times to the customer care to correct the problem and arrange for reverse pick up and issue my refund amount, but I always got the reply- It would be done soon. Till now, the pick up and refund is not done.
My complaint Ref No is BF32001610775.
