Degraded service and threatning us by giving legal notice

In july, we have registered with sajan sathi marriage bureau for finding a groom. we have told them our criteria about the groom. they sent us 14 profiles which are not according to our expectations. we have told them every time that pls send us good profiles..but they kept neglecting our response....and after a month they sent us a legal notice which stated that we are harrasing them by continuosly calling them. and when we asked them about this legal notice, they replied that our service towards you is over,you can do whatever you want..
