Dear Sir/Madam,
I have subscribed for GK Today for (2) years by paying Rs.424/- (including handling charges) in December 2014.
I am not receiving the magazine despite subscription. I have complained about regarding this on your Customer care number, however am yet to receive positive response as to whether you are sendng it torugh Post or Courier.
KIndly suggest what necessary steps shall I take to get my money back or for the resumption of the subscription please.
