I had purchased a flat no. PINE 529 in Paramount Golf Forest Project , situated at Paramount Golf Forest , Plot No. BGH-A, Site -C, Opposite Sector Zeta, Surajpur, Greater Noida. U.P., the builder sold the flat under Subvention scheme , but builder illegally and Unilaterally cancelled the subvention scheme despite charging for it. The flat is not delivered till date despite the promised date having passed on 19-06-2019. the builder is demanding amount which is due on possession without obtaining OC/CC from the Authority. kindly instruct the builder to deliver the flat and pay the interest on EMI's being paid by us besides penalty on delayed period.
