Dear sir I have purchased Vivo v1 max smartphone on 04 April 2016 from m/s Lalit Sales,deewan road kalyani,muzaffarpur,bihar contact no.9798661372. vat tin no.10308538050.A sales person represent the produt as phone has corning gorilla glass protection.he has given me written assurance but when I contact the company.The company refused.now the retailar not ready to refund or change the product.now help me please.
