I am a senior citizen and have retired from India post in Jan 2014.I went to agency for linking adhar card with form .Clearly he told to submit form 4 and to give my bank account no and not liked with adhar cad I also demand complain book bit refused.As he tells no software is loaded in my computer. Pl.arrange for linking from adhar card
