In new cloth order sent old Mutilated cloths

Dear sir,
We have order an online order for ladies cloth from www.fashionkurti.in of Rs499/- but in order we received the old , used mutilated cloths in order we received,enclosed herewith the photo and video for your reference . I checked the online address of the registered site It shows Surat Gujarat .
I Request you to take some appropriate action against this online fraudster site who show Branded cloth and sending the old, used , mutilated cloths.
The modus operandi of this site is just like flipkart, Amazon I.e. they have online payment gateway and all.
I don't no how much customer will got trapped they daily . We need to stop this and take urgent action against this through cyber crime department.For any additional information you can reach through below mobile no.
