Newly purchase handset over heating issue to 40 degree c

we have Purchase Sumsung mobile handset through Amazon handet was deliver on 19th October, but once we started using the mobile handset we found a over heating issue in that handset, we called amazon on 19th October they had booked complaint and service engineer visited on 25th oct after that but still i have not got handset replacement nor money back.
This is a cheating of customer Amazon has sell me a defective piece and now no replacement for the same.
