The new yureka purchased from amazon on 9/4/2015 is not functioning properly .The screen goes black and inactive after making call or on receipt of call hence call can not be taken/ attended even if phone is rigging or can not end a call made from the phone.all other functions are ok. only thing the primary function of phone ie, making a call or receiving a call is not possible my phone no. is 9895130134 or 8714814873.
