Hi,
I have been regularly doing service for my vehicle from apco hyundai.But this time since i received call from popular branch in view of providing better service i handed over my vehicle-verna to popular teams.pick up and drop was arranged according to my request.After handing over back my vehicle after service it was quite embarrasing to notice thay my front seat had hand imprimts with dust of labourers,which was very improfessional from popular team. I complained accordingly and was promised by CRM that my vehicle will be properly cleaned as required with arangement on pick up and drop on 26th april'15.But to my agony no one turned up.Very embarrasing service from the team.
