gas booking date changes and not receiving

Customer no.10054. We booked gas on 17 jan 2015 with booking no.259503 but we didn't get the cylinder till now and whenever we check through online booking the booking date change into15-2-2015 with booking no 2000176131 and now the booking number as on 13-4-2015 is 2000005233 . we haven't received a single cylinder but received subsidy to my account on 16-4-2015.i request you to kindly do the needful
