I have purchased intex Aqua power hd 4000 MAH mob phone vide bill no. 358 dtd 19 apr 2015, this is very bad phone, from next day it's back camara was not working, I have visited modinagar “201204” service centre two days, they are unable to repair it and finally submitted this mobile set for 15 days vide memo no 3602 on dtd 29 apr 2015., and it heat very soon while talking. And touch screen is also not good some time you are unable to pick your call.

And Intex after sale service is very poor, it’s service centre don’t have basic infrastructure, some service centre owner have three four mobile repair centre at same office and have only one unskilled mobile engineer to solve the mobile problems and pressure to customer sell mobile part instead of removing the fault of mobile phone..


And service centre person don't pick up customer call's.
