Fraud complaint against Gallivant International treveling booking compnay for services

I have taken membership in September 2017 and did not get a chance to plan any holidays with them for around 1 yr. I took the membership for 10 yrs. However, the card received is only for 5 years. Despite of raising concerns and follow ups, they never corrected it and just received hollow commitments. Based on the bond we had signed off, i approached them to book a hotel in june 2018, whereas we had to publically investigate their phones number as, their address and given phone number was changed and provided ones were not reachable. Later, from google reviews, i got their mumbai office phone number and spoke with mr. Ambuj who is solely handling pune office with no staff, who gave us really poor support over email and sometimes on phone. Their toll free number is also not working. Anyways, Gallivant had taken 2 weeks to get me preliminary booking details which was on the edge of our vacation with so called descent hotel. Further in agreement they had mentioned to provide us facilities in 3star or 5star hotels. However, offered property was not meeting the criteria. Moreover, the price of gallivant annual maintenance fees and the yearly quota from initial payment which was done, combined was double than the hotel was offering for general bookings. Further highlighting same to gallivant, we received an answer as they now need to think of their profit and find middle ground which benefits all the parties considering the yearly issued amount we have paid. Which is not an acceptable answer. At almost 40% less money, we privately booked hotel as per our need, avoiding loss from gallivant services. I feel like cheated and surely not interested to deal with this firm anymore. I wish to have my money refunded as it's been a dead investment with them for almost an year and i have no confidence to approach them for any future dealings as what they had advertised earlier and what they are offering in practical is nowhere near to each other.
