Faulti Nokia 3 Mobile not repairing under warranty or not replacing

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Nokia Handset model TA-1032 / Nokia 3 DS (IMEI / Serial No. 357277081835228) from Shop (Mobile 18, G-22,Savitri Market, Sector 18, Noida) on 11-08-2017. After 6 month from the purchase date, I went to Service Centre of Nokia Neil Communication( C10 Sector 10, Noida)because there was a yellow spot appearing over display and it was increasing day by day along with it Mobile was getting heated up some time. They have deposited my mobile and repaired it and given back to me. After using mobile , I found heating problem is still there. I went to Service Centre but service engineer replied that it is because, in Nokia 3 set if battery is fully charged it happened some times and it is regular feature and it will not affect operation of mobile.

After 2 months only same spot over display appears and heating problem also increased. I again went to same Service Centre and raised compliant about it. In Centre, they took my Mobile inside service room and after half an hour they called me in counter and said that your Mobile set is out of warranty because of liquid. I said my mobile was never been to contact with any liquid. More ever how it is possible that same spot appears over display at same place after two .First time you repaired without claim of any liquid and second time you say it is because of liquid . But they denied to repair Mobile under warranty.

I have written email to Nokia customer care and called them over phone also but they asked me to go to Service Centre and asked me to call from there so that they can discuss with Service Centre people. I went again to Service Centre and did the same thing. Customer Care person and Service Centre person discussed with each other over my phone. After discussion Customer Care person said it is out warranty and they can not repair free of cost. I came back from Service Centre with faulty Mobile.

I again written mail to Customer care that my Mobile set is having heating problem since beginning and how it is possible same spot over display appears at same place twice within two months. Once you repaired and second time you say it is because of liquid. Though Mobile never ever come in contact with any liquid.
I requested them to replace the faulty Mobile but they are not answering me now.

Nearest Service Centre is approx.35 Km from my Residence and I travelled 4 Times after purchase of Mobile. Sometime Mobile heated up like electric press and it is dangerous to use. After Sales Service of Nokia is poor, instead of checking compliant of my Mobile they asked me to go service Centre and ask me to call so that they can discuss with service engineer .

I am totally harassed by Nokia product, their services and because of that I wastage my time, money and got a lot of harassment. I am dissatisfied by Nokia, How they deal with customer after sale of their product and does not listen to them. After every complaint email, they repeat same answer and asked to go again to Service Centre and ask customer to call from their so that they can discuss with Service people. This replies comes even after visit to Service Centre. Along wit it I have received two mails from Nokia that your case is closed.

Please help me to get back my Mobile Price (Rs.10,000/-) , cost of travel cost four times to Service Centre (35 KM one side by Car) , cost of my 4 Days Leave from my Company and Harassment given by Nokia.
