sir,
Om 15 june 2017, i online bought LYF Water F1S smartphone from Snapdeal online shopping website.
The result of this smartphone is was very poor and it was having many technical problems like main handset speaker is not working so i went to LYF care service center and talked to the executive person about all those problems as he searched my both IMEI numbers in LYF company database after searching he told me that this smartphone you bought online is not of LYF company it is high a Copied duplicate Phone.

Sir, this is so disgusting thing they done with me.
please take some action in this.
