Extra shipping charges taken by the courier named AK couriers and the courier was TRACKON COURIER

I ordered consignment from Mumbai , I ordered something from dealer , and the weight mentioned to me was 2.3 kg hence the dealer said shipping will be 300 /- I paid that , I recieved the parcel , I weighed it , as I had a doubt on it being so light weight , it came out be 1509 grams , hence the shipping I paid was more , and the consignee and the courier agent both has signatured on slip mentioning that the weight is 2 kg , this is not first time the courier agent fakes on weight of parcel so that dealers can ask for extra shipping , I had suffered this 3-4 times , this time I got shocked I paid 300 for just 1.5 kg weight . please help me out I just need my shipping back and also I want that this dealer don't do this with anyone again . Doing fraud.
