Excessive overcharging by Ola cabs

We needed a cab at 7 PM (CRN350940319) in the evening and they charged us around Rs 550/ for just 12 Kms (24 mins). This was unbelievable for me as usually the fare was 120-150 for me and this huge surcharged fare was really tough for me but due to time crunch I was left with no other option than to pay as driver demanded.
But this excessive and unfair demands should be stopped as they are exploiting consumers.
