I have purchased a jio dongal and in website they have written that we can do free voice,video calls and sms free on our 2g-3g mobile using jio-4g-voice but since 1 month this app is not working in my phone and I have complain about it to the customer care but their response is like, this service only for 4g mobile phone but in website https://www.jio.com written something different please help me.

    MTN - I have NEVER had any dealings with MTN - yet they are withdrawing HUGE AMOUNTS from my bank account!
    I have laid a formal complaint but to no avail.
    IS THERE ANYONE AT MTN WHO IS COMPETENT AND ABLE TO ASSIST ME - I NEED THE MONEY TO PAY MY STAFF SALARIES!!!
