I insured my samsung mobile with appsdaily. when i was riding my bike,i fell down into water on the road and mobile went down,i registered complaint they sent me emil to submit all documents and mobile handset, iwent at service centre,they told me by mistake we send you mail, so we can't gave you claim.....
