This is with regards to Bharat gas services.I am literally tired of complaining as no change in service.very lethargic attitude.I have also spoken to the manager Ms.Devika.she seems to be so negligent towards customer service.The delivery is always delayed.Customers are not even intimated about the delivery.today tomorrow today tomorrow is the only way we are delayed for the gas cylinder refill.inspite of complaining Ms.Devika gives false commitments of delivering the gas on 13th sep '22 she wasted my full day.is this the way customers are treated??Im so unhappy with the way customers are handled and not addressed.also the staff appointed at reservation is very rude to talk with I don't claim for anything but proper services.
