I have purchased a mobile Le2 (Rose Gold)on 12th July 2015.
I have not received the 10% Cash Back as well as offered earphone with the mobile. As per my discussion with Customer representative I have sent mail to "indiasupport@le.com" on 13th jUly 2015.
I had called them more than 30-35 times and spended about 800+ minutes by explaning the issue.
I have never received a call from their end and they had not returned my product and I have purchased this mobile through Credit card EMI and billl is also generated for the same.
I had also raised a request through online portal on 19th July.

This comany is a cheator company and i have been frustrated with the way theya re handling this issue.
I would like tgo file a complain to get my product returned and amount to be credited to my bank.
