Respected sir,
We would like to bring to your notice that MANHATTEN FURNITURES located
1/65,WHS KIRTI NAGAR,NEW DELHI-110015
TEL:9871654575,9711078767 are evading tax by underbilling their furniture items and selling furniture to customers by forcing customers to pay nearly 50 % amt in cash and do fraudulent billing offurniture/item sold.Also I received wrong delivery of bed set.The size and design selected has not come right.We took delivery and kept on calling the owner to change our product and deliver the right size of bed.


We had purchased double bed from this co through invoice no.MF/17-18/207 and dealing with Mr.Juneja and owner of the company and Sandeep verma salesperson in office.

The total price of bed set costed us 31000 /- plus transportation charges 2000/-however MANHATTEN Furnitures demanded 17700/ thru credit card and underbilled the item to save tax whereas we requested them to take entire amount thru digital payment debit/credit card.
However their person visited our house to take cash of 16000 on 24th January 2018 and also delivered wrong design bed to us,so we as customers are feeling cheated and would like to report this to income tax department as genuine customers .The MANHATTEN Furnitures company is doing fraudulent billing or underbilling furniture/item/ product.
I am enclosing the original bill and amount paid in cash 16000/- proof for your perusal.
This is reported to save further fraudulent transactions by these MANHATTEN Furnitures,The furniture people who are big plyers in furniture market in NCR and Hyderabad.

We want to lodge complaint against wrong delivery of product as per design and size and also fraudulent billing done.We want to claim the loss of 50 thousand caused to us due to wrong delivery of bed set.

kindly look in to the matter to further stop customers to be cheated.
