Myself Manisha, i hv registered with Bajaj Finserv. I hv financed many items through Bajaj. Last year in July 2017 i hv purchased 1 mobile and 1 microwave. I hv paid two emis of August and September for both loans. However, as my cibil was good. Hence, they offered me personal loan. Due to financial problem i hv taken loan of 60000 Rs. in September.

I have checked my loan accounts in Bajaj app and found that my both consumer loans are merged into my personal loan without my information and two insurance added.

I logged a complaint in Oct. Then Dec. , Jan and feb. I also tried to contact on the contact no. Of Bajaj finserv but can not reach out to customer care.

I hv logged a complaint in consumer then Bajaj has again separated the both loans and the two emis which i hv paid was not showing. I hv written again but the same copy paste email they have sent to wait 5-7 days. I have also visited the branch in Gurgaon but they don't have any answers of my problems. They reopend my personal loan then i again sent email and asked to do not give any insurance as i do not want but they did not take it seriously. I received the msg that your insurance is under process. I am very frustrated now. Please i request you to help me.
