I have taken prestige roti maker on 2-6-16 . I am unable to operate it after seeing demo cd. Therefore I have requested to prestige customer care that come to home and show the demo once and I was ready to pay the money. I gave the complaint once. My complaint no. is MUNB1935657R. This complaint is not attained by anyone that's why I have contact customer care on 8-7-16 , 15-7-16 , 20-7-16 , 25-7-16 date. But then also my complaint is ignored by prestige service center. That’s why I register online complaint on 25-7-16,- no. MUMB1961939R.
As same I visit to the shop from where I have purchase the roti maker. It was from VINAY KUMAR D PATKAR - Vaibhav bldg opp. Kasturi plaza manpada road Dombivli East, Thane -421201. As I requested to customer care for demo same I have requested at shop also.
Prestige company have not given service at accurate time therefore I am unable to make use of that product. That’s why I have mate with loss of rupees 2020/- .

    It is a bad experience from prestige. I have purchased a induction coocktop. But always showing errors. I have submitted nearest service center but after one week they returned it back. After repairing also showing error. I have talked to customer care they told me customer care representative will come to your home to repair it. After 15days nobody is yet came to repair it.
