I was using Reliance 20GB-unlimited plan.I was forced to upgrade to Reliance 4G, as the services on previous device was disabled. I was told by the customer services team and also through the emails sent to me, that my rental plan as well as benefits will remain unaffected. However the latest bill that I received has usage charges, which as per the customer services team are due to over usage of data, since after migration to 4G the plan has changed to 5Gb data limited plan. This was done on the pretext of wrong selling information and without my knowledge about change of rental plan.Please help as the company representatives have denied listening to my plead. I am under a lot of mental stress and trauma since the day I bought this connection and have already wasted lot of time and money, wherein everytime I have been cheated to.
