Dear sir/madam,
This is for your information that on march 28 2020, a dressing was done by the nurse of sanjevani hospital, and at the time of dressing the doctor was not present in the hospital. But the administration has added doctor's charge of Rs 700 with the bill. The same thing was repeated today ( 1/4/2020). When the issue was forwarded to the authorities they excluded the Doctor's charges but the amount of Rs 700 paid on 28/03/2020 as doctor charge is refused to be refunded by the administration.
I request you to please look into the matter and take necessary actions.
