Freecharge.com Refund to punjab and sind bank regards

Freecharge initiated the refund amount on 28 feb 2019 which is not credited to my bank account punjab and sind bank. When they provided me arn number and payment gateway id, i reach my bank says there is no such transaction took place they are unable to trace transaction. They asked for rbi settlement report. When i asked the same to freecharge, they told me that they do not have any rbi settlement report and every time they are saying the same and providing me same arn number and payment gateway id.
